ISO Roundline Cylinders When applying pneumatic actuators to lighter duty, lower force applications, many machine builders tend to select a simple "roundline" product. The most common of these are actuators that conform to ISO6432, a dimensional standard ensuring interchangeability between manufacturers. > We use a "Z" type low friction seal to support both low and high speed applications with operating life up to 10 million cycles—one product applied to all manner of applications, with reduced maintenance scheduling, downtime and therefore cost of ownership > The standard actuator is fully non- corrodible in standard applications. For more arduous environments, you can choose a stainless version, reducing the need for more costly modification to machine functions > If you're looking for a more specialized and cost-effective solution, choose from double ended or non-rotating piston rods, add a rod lock, select different end-cap styles to save space, add a guide block to improve load capacity, or fit high temperature seals > Uses the standard Norgren M/50 series switch (reed or solid state) as fitted to virtually the entire Norgren actuator range, reducing expensive spares stockholding to a minimum and ensuring total familiarity across all types of actuator Features that make the Norgren range of ISO roundline cylinders stand apart from the competition: Load too heavy?
