1. Apply removable thread locker (e.g. Loctite

2. Loosely assemble clamp plates
3. Place gage rod in desired position
4. Tighten bolt evenly to 72 in-lb (8.1 N.m)
5. Ensure that gaging plates are parallel to gripper side plate when fully torqued
