For non T-slot applications, attach the vacuum cup mount/manifold to the underside of a flat tooling plate head. NVP80-200M distributes vacuum to four cup mount/manifold assemblies to pick up corrugated board. For design and plumbing flexibility, the NMB Series features five vacuum ports and three mounting options that easily connect vacuum generatorss and cups to 5/16" (10 mm) or 1/4" (6.50 mm) T-slot extrusions. Extra vacuum ports allow optional accessories to be directly mounted to the manifold block i.e. vacuum gauges or remotely plumbed such as vacuum switches, sensors or blow-off capabilities.
