GC4 Gripper
Rotating Gripper Head
This feature enables the end user to rotate the gripper head 360

around the center axis to perfectly
match the gripper alignment with the part contour. This is a standard feature for all Size 4 GC grippers
and is functional with all mounting options. Follow the steps below to rotate the gripper head.
Loosen the four socket head set screws
located on each side of the gripper head

Rotate the gripper head to the desired
position. The head may be rotated a full
360 in either direction. Once positioned,
tighten the two set screws on the un-
marked faces to 90 in/lb [10 N/m].
Tighten the two set screws on the faces
stamped "2" to 90 in/lb [10 N/m].
