It is built from the base of an NS80 or NS110 electric actuator but is assembled without the internal ballscrew drive system and associated external drive shaft. It does contain an external carriage assembly with an intern self-lube ball bearing rail system found on the NS80. An idler is intended to be used as a supporting member and provide high stiffness to single- axis or gantry applications that span shorter distances. An idler allows movement of much larger loads than with a single electric actuator. It acts as the adjacent or parallel support member of an Norgren electric actuator, providing greater load and moment loading capability. Technical Data Torque 10-300 Nm Length Up to 6000 mm
