The IP rating indicated is for the connector's protection against ingress of dust and water when coupled to a servo amplifier/Servo Motor. If the IP rating of the servo amplifier/Servo Motor differs from that of these connectors, overall IP rating depends on the lowest of all. 2. -H and -L indicate a bending life. -H indicates a long bending life, and -L indicates a standard bending life. 3. This encoder cable is available in four-wire type. Parameter setting is required to use the four-wire type encoder cable. 4. The encoder cable is rated IP65 while the junction connector itself is rated IP67. 5.
